Nightlife

I'm planning a trip later this year and am wondering what the must-see nightclubs are. I know HK has a very busy nightlife but there must be some places that stand out. Maybe a place a lot of celebrities go to?

The readership of the bourgeoisie . . .

Well, anon -- the deafening silence in response to your query, and my own completely nonplussed inability to think of any possibilities, other than to advise you check out the Felix bar at the Penisula Hotel, suggests we may not have the most high-living readership here at batgung.com.

Readers, anyone want to prove me wrong on this one?

Well, thanks for the suggestion. I'm glad I checked back again. I probably will include the Peninsula but will also wander Wan Chai and Causeway Bay and see what they have. I found a few on this site

RE.: NIGHTLIFE....

If you are looking for "THE" bar to hang out in and where you can spot local celebrities then the place to go is the Armani Bar...an excellent bar and lounge in Central. A bit pricey, but with people like Black Eyed Peas (along with other international stars) and local celebs going there its to be expected.

Address:

2/F Chater House, 11 Chater Road
Central, Hong Kong

Tel 2849-3328

Enjoy!

It really depend what you

It really depend what you are hopping for. It has been quite some time, I stopped having any night life., well I had to change!

Flelix in peninsula is a must see...especially the washroom facing the kowloon side. [ I heard the ladies washroom is even better...Sea view]

If you like the expats then Lang Kwai Fong has many bars and great to hang out. Saturdays are great. Lots of pubs with live music and dance. I am sure you will find something you like.

If you looking for night club and ladies night, go to Wan Chai......and be ready to spend.
