Becoming a Property Agent

For someone who has no experience in the business how would one go about becoming a property agent in Hong Kong? What are the requirements? Is a license required and if so how does one go about getting one? Is speaking Cantonese a necessary? Any advice and pointers welcome. Thanks in Advance.
