Waterfall Bay after rain

Look at all that stuff that has been dumped in the foreground. Shocking.

There are many possibilities. They weren't there when Mr B last took his shots. There weren't that much sediments there as well. That's an ever changing little bay in Southern District. As the high tide would cover the whole bay, those trash might be brought by high tide, or came tumbling down the waterfall during last black rainstorm, or both.
