What is the procedure of getting a marriage license in HK for the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistand

I am currently residing in ZH, China, and was wondering if anybody came across or heard anything about the procedure of the Uzbek citizens getting married in HK.
Any help is much appreciated!

CiZ, we've got some general info about non-residents getting married in HK, but unfortunately nothing specific for Uzbeks.
