There is a book, The Peninsula Hong Kong by Andreas Augustin, one of the "The Most Famous Hotels in the World" series.
My copy is the 1994 edition. I have seen it relegated to the lower shelves of various book shops in Hong Kong.
There is also a very large format book with a slip-case on the same subject that was probably commisioned by the hotel.
