Better Job

I was born in Hongkong and have permanent ID.But I grownup and completed my education from Nepal.I cann't speak,read and write cantonese.Recently I am working as "programmer" In one of the I.T company.I want to do another job related with my field but due to language problem its really difficult for me to find good jobs in I.T.As i have my current job and its very difficult for me to take leave as well for interview.can you suggest me how can i process for good job search in my situation.or can you suggest me how can i get part time jobs or freelance job in web programming ,designing or any part job form 7pm to 11pm.

No magic bullet, but some suggestions:

  • "its very difficult for me to take leave as well for interview". It seems like you'll never be able to move unless you can get an interview, so fix this first. But it seems a bit strange - when I was interviewing I'd happily meet prospective employees on weekends, at lunchtime or after work. It's well understood that it can be hard to schedule an interview during working hours.
  • "how can i get part time jobs or freelance job in web programming ,designing". What about one of the online services like http://www.elance.com ?
  • But whether you want a new full-time or freelance job, how are you going to demonstrate your skills? What about investing a few months of that 7-11 time to building some amazing website that will be your advertisement?
