Hong Kong Investment Visa for internet company

I am finishing my studies in Hong Kong and started an internet company and so I needed to apply the visa in Investment Visa Hong Kong and got all the information from http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/id1000.htm about how to apply. I followed the procedure from http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Hong-Kong-Investment-Visa and got more organized information from http://www.prismvisas.com/servicesMain.php?serviceId=1 however immigration department is asking for more documents such as tenancy agreement etc. However I do not plan to rent an office, I want to keep the costs low and work from home. Does anyone has any exprience setting up internet company in hong kong and getting investment visa?

re: Hong Kong Investment Visa for internet company

Sorry, I don't have any experience of this. Hopefully they'll understand that an internet business doesn't require much in the way of physical infrastructure. I wonder how that will match up with their requirements for your investing in HK though?

Good luck, and please let us know how you get on.
