Nam Koo Terrace!

Well, I've just got back from my fourth visit to Hong Kong and it was excellent as usual. This time round I strived to seek out as many historical buildings as possible. One of these was the infamous Nam Koo Terrace on Ship Street, Wan Chai. I have to say it was pretty much as spooky as it's made out to be, complete with the feral cats everywhere!

Does anyone know the full history of this place and what (if anything) is likely to happen to it? I've read the stuff on wikipedia but wondered if any of the Batgung folk have some inside info on the place?

Cheers!
