I am US HK citizen, and working in HK, should I pay US income tax?

Background, I am US and HK citizen, I was studying in US only (never work there before). Now, I came back HK and working in here. Should I pay the US income tax?

Also, US government also asked me for jury before. Can I use the income tax to prove that I am currently out of state? So, I dont have to hand back to play the roll of jury? thx.

U.S. citizens must pay taxes

U.S. citizens must pay taxes on their worldwide income. See www.irs.gov and get an accountant; it can become somewhat complicated to file.

You must write the courts upon summons to get an exemption from jury duty. You can also write the court and notify them that you've moved abroad but if you receive a summons you are still legally obligated to respond. They usually use the lists from drivers licenses and state voter registration so if you get off those two lists, you likely won't be summoned.
